1. Personal information of employees who cover company secrets and need to control the scope of knowledge

1.1. Company secrets refer to technical information, business information and management information that are not known to the public, have practicality and are subject to confidentiality measures by the company.

1.1.1. Technical secrets refer to technical information, technical data or technical knowledge that people can obtain from experience or skills and can be applied in practice, especially in industry.

1.1.2. Business secrets refer to business management methods with secret nature and information and intelligence closely related to business management methods, such as supply and marketing plans, customer lists, product prices, sales networks, and bidding tenders.

1.1.3. Management secrets refers to the secrets of organizing production and operation management, especially the empirical information that manages and cooperates with each department and industry in a reasonable and effective manner to make production and operation operate effectively, such as management mode and public relations. 1.2. The personal information of employees who need to control the scope of knowledge refers to the secrets that employees are unwilling to disclose or know about others (people outside a certain range) in their personal lives.

3. Employee confidentiality rules

3.5. Without approval, no one may carry out the controlled documents and internal materials prescribed by the company, such as going out, copying, copying or lending, and oral communication.

4. Responsibility and punishment

4.1. If one of the following circumstances occurs, the party will be notified of criticism, record, payment of the growth fund (the specific amount is determined according to the actual situation), salary reduction, cancellation of salary increase, and demotion.

4.1.1. Leaking company secrets has not caused consequences or economic losses;

4.1.2. The company’s secrets have been disclosed but effective remedies have been taken with minor consequences.

4.2. One of the following circumstances shall be given to pay the growth fund, downgrade, stay in the factory, and terminate the labor contract until the legal responsibility is pursued.

4.2.1. Obtaining company secrets by theft, inducement, coercion or other improper means;

4.2.2. Disclose, use or allow others to use the previous means to obtain company secrets;

4.2.3. In violation of the provisions of this system, provide company secrets for others to steal, spy, buy or violate regulations;

4.2.4. Leaking the company secrets stipulated in this system, causing certain adverse consequences or economic losses;

4.2.5. Leaking or spreading the personal privacy of the company's employees, causing certain adverse consequences or economic losses;

4.2.6 Other serious violations of the company's confidentiality obligations.
