Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Management SMP
1. Definition: The important links and important parts include the company's related materials such as material procurement, project contracting, foreign purchase inspection, government department business contact and other related staff.
2. The important links and important parts of the personnel implement the commercial bribery commitment system, and the important positions personnel sign the “Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption Commitment Letter” to the company.
3. When the company signs a contract with the relevant party, it is necessary to add the "Integrity Agreement" to the contract as part of the contract.
4. As the supervisory and administrative department of the company's human resources and administrative department to prevent commercial bribery, its main responsibilities are:
(1) Conduct corporate governance commercial bribery in accordance with relevant national policies, laws, regulations and rules and regulations;
(2) Exercising the duties of discipline inspection and supervision according to law;
(3) Strengthen the supervision and management of the integrity of personnel in important links and important parts;
(4) Implementing the "Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption Commitment Letter", strengthening prevention and governance of corruption from the source, adhering to both the symptoms and root causes, and improving the system construction;
(5) Responsible for the supervision and execution of this system;
(6) Responsible for continuous improvement of this management system.
5. The promiser/company should follow the following responsibilities:
(1) Strictly fulfill the content promised in the commitment letter;
(2) Prohibit any form of commercial bribery;
(3) Conscientiously accept the management of the commercial bribery supervision department;
(4) If the promise is violated, the supervisory and administrative department shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
6. Anti-bribery/anti-corruption regulatory mechanism
(1) Set up an anti-bribery/anti-corruption working group, the head of the Ministry of Personnel and the head of the trade union, and the chairman of the labor union as a member of the group to jointly carry out the bribery work.
(2) Conducting anti-bribery/anti-corruption activities

B. Carry out investigations and studies, master the characteristics and laws of corrupt behaviors and bribery, and put forward specific countermeasures and measures in the effective prevention of education, system, supervision, etc., and solve problems and tendencies in a timely manner.
C. Deal with problems found in the work of preventing bribery and preventing corruption in a timely manner. In the work of preventing bribery and preventing corruption, all departments shall promptly stop or deal with the violations of disciplines and regulations and notify the relevant departments of the situation. The suspected crimes shall be transferred to the judicial authorities for handling.
D. All departments of the company should strengthen the management of personnel in important links and important parts, and regard the implementation of the "Commitment" as an important content of the inspection and assessment and an important basis for appointment and dismissal.
E. The administrative department of the company shall supervise and inspect the implementation of these Measures in accordance with the duties and responsibilities, and shall handle and propose suggestions for handling personnel who fail to perform the “Commitment”.
F. Anyone who violates this system in important links or important parts shall, in accordance with the circumstances of the violations, resolutely cancel the supply in accordance with the relevant provisions of 5.2.7 and violations of the "Integrity Cooperation Agreement" for company personnel dealing with the company's economic activities. The qualifications of merchants and service providers, which constitute the crime of commercial bribery (bribery), shall be investigated by the judicial organs for criminal responsibility.
G. For those company personnel who have business contacts with government staff who violate the "Agreement on Integrity and Cooperation", they should be removed from their jobs, and the labor relations should be lifted if the circumstances are serious.
H. The company encourages employees and companies and government departments that have business contacts to report corruption, and all aspects such as acceptance and investigation of reports must be kept strictly confidential. It is strictly forbidden to disclose the name, department, company name, etc. of the prosecutor. Disclosure to the reported person or department, when investigating and verifying the situation, the original or photocopy of the report materials shall not be obtained, and the informant shall not be exposed. The anonymous handwritten letters and materials shall not be identified, and the report materials shall not be borrowed at will.
(3) The anti-bribery/anti-corruption working group conducts an anti-bribery/anti-corruption inspection every six months for important links and important parts, and summarizes the anti-bribery/anti-corruption work every year, and the relevant materials are filed.
